Pregnant with her third child, former Spice Girl Melanie Brown left the Exchange nightclub in L.A. just before 2 AM this morning.

Before she left the club, Mel tweeted, "My baby bump is boshing to the music!! Hit me!!"

The 36-year-old is partying for two.
