The host of "Repo Games" got a whole new lease on life after that shootout -- in fact, he hit the Vegas strip ONE DAY after the incident to celebrate ... by ferociously motorboating some chick.

Josh Lewis repossessed the tatas of a woman (consensually, we're told) at Pure nightclub -- and based on the picture, he couldn't be happier to be alive.

As we previously reported, Lewis was caught in the middle of a shootout back in April -- which airs tonight on "Repo Games" -- after a crazed gunman opened fire on him and his crew.
