Limited edition Xbox 360 looks like R2-D2

Microsoft today announced a limited edition Star Wars-themed Xbox 360 at the Comic-Con expo in San Diego.

The console is decked out in blue and white to resemble R2-D2, while the controller is coloured C-3PO gold.

The Xbox will be part of a bundle including a new Star Wars game and a white Kinect, instead of the usual black.

A spokesperson for Microsoft said the Star Wars bundle would be available in Australia with a recommended price of $599, but couldn't confirm the release date.
