Heather Locklear has been discharged from the hospital where she was being treated ... this according to a hospital spokesperson.
According to the spokesperson, Heather was released to the care of her family around 5PM.
The spokesperson claims Heather was in good spirits upon her discharge -- smiling and talkative.
