Tyson Fury celebrates his victory.

Tyson Fury is still the British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion after he stopped Neven Pajkic in the third round in Manchester on Saturday night.

Fury was knocked down for the first time in his career by a big right hand during the second round but he quickly bounced back with some powerful shots to secure victory in the third.

Pajkic wasn't happy with the decision but the referee was in no doubt after the Canadian left his feet twice in less than a minute before the contest was halted.

Fury now has his eye on "bigger and better fights" after his eventful night at EventCity.

Scare

"I gave myself a scare there for a sec," he told Channel 5.

"He got me with a good shot bang on the chin. I went down, got back up and stopped him.

"It's value for money with Tyson Fury and I'm now looking for bigger and better fights in the future.

"Hopefully it's the first of many great nights in Manchester."

Earlier in the night, Chris Eubank Jr enjoyed a successful start to his professional career by stopping Lithuanian Kirilis Psonoko in round four.

The son of Chris Eubank produced a strong display to claim victory and he never looked troubled by his opponent.
