  • Hanson left "blind-sided" by Apprentice "betrayal"
  • Accuses team-mates of stiching her up on show
  • Took swipe at Bingle labelling her "precious" and "rude"

POLITICS has taught Pauline Hanson a thing or two about liars, back-stabbers and lazy pretenders.

But even this seasoned pollie admits she's been blind-sided by the "betrayal" she says she encountered on The Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

Fired from the Channel 9 series, Hanson has fired up against her teammates - and TV boss Mark Bouris - accusing the show of stitching her up and sending her packing unfairly.

The former One Nation party leader surprised many with her performance on the reality series but there's clearly no love lost with some of her cohorts she feels cost her a place on the show.

While "grateful" for the chance to show Australian viewers the "real me," it was an angry Hanson who accused comic Julia Morris and dancer Jason Coleman of game-playing to stay on top.

She claimed Morris could not be trusted - saying one thing to her face, then recording "bitchy" remarks behind Hanson's back.

"It was those comments behind the scenes, off camera. You don't know what she's saying. She's trying to be funny, but they're not funny, she's really being bitchy. That's how I've taken it and I don't like it," Hanson told The Daily Telegraph.

By the end of last week's P&O challenge, she said she had lost faith in Morris, concerned she was being "set up."

"I like fair play. I've copped it through politics where you think you've got a teammate with you and you haven't. Behind your back they are knifing you. I don't operate like that. Always be up front with people, don't sink the boot in."

Taking aim at her final challenge teammate Coleman, she said Bouris had fired the wrong celebrity, arguing it was the dance instructor who had lead four challenges and failed.

"Here we have Jason who virtually led four challenges that failed and hasn't been sacked. I think on quite a few occasions he should have been."

Even Lara Bingle copped a spray for her cameo, with Hanson dissing her as "precious" and "very rude."

The two clashed during the school challenge, when Bingle arrived late for her guest appearance, then dragged her feet as Hanson tried to rush around sourcing props.

"All Lara could say was 'she's a mad woman, she's having a hot flush,' which I just think was rude to say...very rude. I play as a team and had a job to do, but she just didn't get it. Look, it comes down to responsibility. Lara said to me 'I don't go shopping' and 'I don't like crowds' and 'I don't like kids."'

Sick of the excuses, Hanson had some advice for the Gen Y pin-up: "just do it, get on, get the job done. Some of these people are just too precious, okay. They haven't been out in the real world. They've never done a bloody job. They've been nurtured and molly-coddled and all the rest of it. For Christ's sake, I don't know who the hell they think they are but they need to get their hands dirty and get out and do some bloody work. Forget about being up in the bloody clouds."

Of course, she adds: "I don't like to criticise, to get personal. I try to be factual but that's how I found Lara. The best way to say it is: I would never employ her."

On the flipside, Hanson defended the series' villain Deni Hines, who changed her mind about the controversial pollie.

"All I can go on is that Deni was very nice and respectful to me. I've got to take her for the person that she is."

Still, Hines did herself no favours refusing to sing the national anthem, Hanson said.

"When she wouldn't sing the national anthem I thought wow...cause I'm a very proud Australian."

Making it into her good books were Wendell Sailor ("a lovely man"), Shane Crawford ("factual" and "upfront") and even Mad Max Markson ("a gentleman").

And for the win? Hanson's vote goes to Jesinta Campbell.

"She's a very smart, very intelligent lady. I think she'll go a long way. She's got great morals and good values."
