CHARLIE Sheen could still earn $2 million for each episode of "Two and a Half Men," even though the troubled star was kicked off the show,
"It's good news for Charlie. Under his contract, he gets paid for every episode produced, whether he's in it or not," a Sheen insider said about his deal with the show's production company, Warner Bros.
"Unless Warner Bros. can prove it had reason to fire him, he is owed $2 million per episode," the source told The Daily.
Sheen, 45, was booted from the CBS sitcom in March following a media blitz in which he lambasted the show's creator, Chuck Lorre, along with executives from the network.
Sheen later sued Lorre and the studio for $100 million for terminating his contract. That lawsuit is still pending.
CBS announced on May 13 that Ashton Kutcher, 33, would join the ninth season of the hit comedy as a new character.
