  • "I thought everyone was getting along pretty well"
  • Comes after her rant about Liz being "Mummy Two"

IT IS the feud that was, and then wasn't - depending on who you listen to.

Ex-spin king turned tight-skinned social squire Shane Warne has thrown a googly into the theory of his ex-wife Simone Callahan that she and his new lady love Liz Hurley don't see eye to eye over the nickname "Mummy Two" bestowed on Hurley by the Warne children.

Warne took to Triple M's Hot Breakfast yesterday to shoot down the claims splashed across this week's issue of Woman's Day.

"I thought everyone was getting along pretty well," Warne said, seemingly oblivious to Callahan's rant about Hurley in the glossy.

In it Callahan describes Hurley's nickname of Mummy Two as "disrespectful" and says that she is not happy that Warne and Hurley live out their relationship on Twitter.

Callahan, who met Hurley for the first time last weekend at Jackson Warne's junior footy match, took a final swipe at "Warley" by slamming her ex for starting Twitter accounts for Jackson, 13, Brooke, 14, and Summer, 9.

However, it appears the Mummy Two tag was the final straw.

"I don't know how that has happened," she said.

"I know it has not come from the kids. I don't know whether it was suggested by Liz or Shane.

"Look, I can't control what people say, but it's just disrespectful as far as I'm concerned.

"She is not their mum. And the kids know exactly what the situation is."
