PREGNANT Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has announced that she is expecting a baby boy.
The 24-year-old reality TV star told In Touch Weekly, she had hoped she was pregnant with a girl but said, "It's still my baby, no matter what. I'm excited either way!"
Snooki and her fiance Jionni LaValle, 25, are still deciding on names, but have narrowed it down to either Lorenzo or Jionni Jr.
The baby is due in September and rumours are swirling Polizzi could exit the MTV party show once she becomes a parent.
"I'm not going to party hard anymore, even after the baby is born," she told the gossip magazine. "Being a mum changes you."
The once-wild partier will return to Jersey Shore for the upcoming season six but will move into a residence nearby the famous Seaside Heights house.
Snooki confirmed her pregnancy back in March.
