THE Voice is getting louder, with Nine's mega hit peaking at 3.486 million viewers nationally on Sunday night - and adding 150,000 people to its already record numbers on debut.
Consolidated ratings figures, which take in the audience who watched on playback after the live broadcast, turbo-boosted the viewer numbers for the singing sensation which has captured the country.

The recorded viewing numbers combined with The Voice 2.19 million live audience, pushed the show to a national average of 2.316m people on debut.
Nine also celebrated a ratings win and widespread public acclaim for its Sunday night telemovie Beaconsfield, which pulled second spot with 1.636m people.

It was a bad night again for Seven's shiny floor show, Dancing With The Stars, which attracted a little over a million viewers this week.
Social media again embraced The Voice over DWTS, with a performance by the daughter of Jimmy Barnes, Mahalia, driving massive traffic.
The Cold Chisel frontman joined the Twitter commentary posting: "Music is not a competition. Everyone who really sings opens their soul to the universe and that is the reward.''
