Williams: Helped Swansea secure promotion into the Premier League last season
Ashley Williams' agent expects his client to attract interest, but claims he would be happy to stay at Swansea.
The commanding centre-half has been a model of consistency for the Swans over recent seasons, earning selection to the Championship's Team of the Year in consecutive campaigns.
His reputation has blossomed as a result and numerous clubs are reported to be monitoring his situation.
There has been no indication that Williams is looking to leave Swansea, having helped them to promotion into the Premier League last season, but his representative admits the Wales international is likely to be the subject of offers this summer.
"Ashley is one of the most committed footballers I have ever worked with," Jamie Moralee told the South Wales Evening Post.
"If there is interest in someone like Matt Mills at Reading, I would expect there to be interest in Ashley because I think he's a better player.
Opportunity
"But the club say they haven't received any bids so far.
"Ashley deserves clubs to be interested in him, although I would never try to force him out of Swansea. Ashley and Swansea are a match made in heaven. They work well together."
Moralee added: "I expect there to be bids for Ashley throughout the summer.

Jamie Moralee Quotes of the week
"But there have been bids over the last 18 months and Ashley hasn't left Swansea, so nobody should be panicking about that.
"I don't see why things will change now, bearing in mind that Swansea have made it to the Premier League.
"If a bid came in that was right for Swansea and an opportunity came along, we would discuss it. But there have been no bids so far this summer for Ashley."
Terms
Rather than searching for the exits at the Liberty Stadium, Moralee claims Williams would be willing to discuss an extension to his current contract.
He said: "We will probably sit down with Swansea at some point and discuss Ashley's contract situation.
"We will weigh things up and maybe look to sort out some new terms.
"I have always felt Ashley was a Premier League footballer, and now Swansea are a Premier League club it may be time to sit down and discuss his contract.
"Ashley's on holiday and we haven't had any dialogue with the club. But if they came to us with an offer of course we'd listen."
