A UNITED Airlines flight bound for Los Angeles made an emergency landing today in Colorado after experiencing an engine outage.
The Boeing 757 took off from Denver at around 11am local time with 125 passengers on board, The Denver Post reported.
The plane experienced an unknown mechanical problem in one engine shortly after takeoff and was diverted to Grand Junction Regional Airport, about 270 miles (434km) west of Denver.
It landed at Grand Junction Regional with one functional engine shortly before noon.
No passengers were injured, according to The Denver Post.
