MILEY Cyrus has hit back at claims she had a boob job, insisting her ample bust is all natural.
The Disney star raised eyebrows when she appeared at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute on Sunday wearing a plunging yellow Robert Cavalli dress that led to speculation she had gone under the knife.
But Cyrus was quick to fire back at her critics on Twitter:
Several medical experts had told RadarOnline and other gossip websites that it appeared as though the 19-year-old star had undergone an augmentation procedure to achieve the voluptuous look.�
"Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done," cosmetic physician Dr Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics in Colorado told the website.
"If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation."
But perhaps the daring look was all in the name of a publicity "boost".
The star has been keen to deflect attention away from the recent controversy surrounding claims she smokes marijuana.
