Camp: Has been the subject of several bids from Swansea as Brendan Rodgers chases a keeper
Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers is contemplating whether to make another bid for Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Lee Camp.
Rodgers has spent much of the summer trying to agree a deal for Camp and has already seen three bids knocked back by Forest.
Skysports.com revealed last weekend that an offer of 1.8million had been turned down and Rodgers is now weighing up his next move.
"We have made a few bids and we will see how that goes over the next couple of days," said Rodgers.
"He is a player we like but he is a Nottingham Forest player."
The Swans boss is keen to bring in two goalkeepers and he could offer Gerhard Tremmel a deal after he impressed in the 2-0 friendly win over Celtic on Wednesday night.
He added: "Gerhard did well. He impressed me when he was with us in Austria and I liked his calmness and composure and, very importantly, his management of the game.
"He has done very well and if I look at where we are at now, we have two signed keepers in Jose (Moreira) and David (Cornell), but to allow David to go out on loan I need to bring in two other keepers and Gerhard could possibly be one of those with another one to come in."
