BROOKE Mueller, the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen and mother of his twin sons, has been arrested on assault and cocaine possession charges, police have confirmed.
At around 11:30pm on�Friday (US time), a woman told police officers at the music venue Belly Up in Aspen, Colorado, that Mueller had assaulted her, according to a press release.
Officers located Mueller, 34, at the nearby nightclub Escobar�a short time later.
She was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor, and a felony count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
She was taken to Pitkin County Jail, where she posted bond of $11,000 and released. She is scheduled to appear in court December. 19.
Mueller is the third wife of the former Two and a Half Men star. The couple had a notoriously tumultuous relationship both before and after their divorce.
In March, Los Angeles police accompanied Mueller to Sheen's home and removed the couple's twin boys from Sheen's care after Mueller claimed that the actor was physically and verbally abusive to her.
