WOULD you get behind the wheel of a real-life Batmobile?
And if you splashed the cash on Kia's Batman Optima - would you have the cojones (or stupidity) to leave it out on the street in front of jealous, thieving eyes?
Earlier this month DC Entertainment and Kia Motors announced their fleet of Justice League-inspired cars, IGN reports.
The dynamic duo revealed the first automobile in the line-up, Batman's Kia Optima SXL, at New York Comic-Con.
Influenced by the artistry of DC comic book artist Jim Lee, this custom vehicle features a striking custom paint job that is highlighted by the iconic Batman logo on the sides of the vehicle.
The hand-crafted grill took over 40 hours to create, and the interior sports sleek black leather and suede with yellow accents. Be sure to check out the images below for a closer look.
The Batman Optima (Boptima?) is one model in a series of one-of-a-kind designs. Each core member of the JLA - Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg - has been matched up with a Kia vehicle.
The partnership between DC and KMA was originally conceived to benefit "We Can Be Heroes," a giving campaign, dedicated to helping fight hunger in the Horn of Africa and inspired by the heroism of the iconic Justice League characters.
