MILA Kunis' ex-boyfriend Macaulay Culkin reportedly wants her to "give him another chance."
Mila, 29, and Macaulay, 32, dated for eight years before ending their romance in 2010.
The actress is now in a relationship with Ashton Kutcher, who is currently undergoing a divorce from Demi Moore.
Mila and Ashton appear to be going strong, but Macaulay seems to be struggling to let go of his former flame.
An onlooker saw the Home Alone star plead with Mila outside The Pavilion movie theatre in Brooklyn recently.
?[Macaulay was] begging Mila to give him another chance,? the witness told Star magazine.
?He was telling Mila he wants her to leave Ashton. And be with him. Macaulay told her his life is falling apart and that he can?t live without her. They were talking and hugging, Macaulay didn?t seem to be in very good shape. He was shaking and looked really thin and unhealthy.?
Reports from earlier this year said that Macaulay Culkin was battling an addiction to heroin and prescription painkillers, with friends worried that he would be dead within six months if he couldn?t pull out of it.
Reps for the actor contested these reports.
Apparently Ashton was unaware of Mila?s meeting with Macaulay.
?Ashton would be devastated to find out that [Mila] was sneaking around behind his back,? the source said. ?He?d feel totally betrayed.?
