SCOUT Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was arrested for drinking beer in Union Square in New York and having a fake ID, TMZ reported.
Willis, a student at Brown University, was stopped by police at 7pm local time Monday with a beer.
She produced a New York identification card bearing the name of "Katherine Kelly" but finally relented and handed over her real California ID.
"The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly," she told the officer, according to the criminal complaint.
The aspiring singer was charged with criminal impersonation and breaking the open container law, both misdemeanors.
She was released early Tuesday without bail.
Moore, 49, and Bruce Willis, 57, were married from 1987 to 2000 and have three daughters, Rumer, 23, Scout and Tallulah, 18.
