ROBERT Pattinson isn't ready for the cameras just yet.
The Twilight star has been holed up in a hotel room since his girlfriend of four years, Kristen Stewart, confessed to having an affair with a married director.
He was due to make an appearance at the premiere of his new movie, Cosmopolis, in New York next month but he has pulled out.
The cancellation will upset the film's makers, who need Pattinson's name to raise the profile of the art house project.
It will also make the producers of the final Twilight film nervous, as Pattinson is expected to attend premieres with Stewart and conduct joint interviews.
Pattinson reportedly asked Stewart to move out of their LA mansion at the weekend and is blocking her calls.
It is also reported that they are fighting over custody of their dog, Bear.
Meanwhile, Stewart's co-culprit, Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, was seen out in public yesterday wearing his wedding ring.
In his apology to his wife and children last week, he said: "I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family.
"My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world."
Sanders' wife, Liberty Ross, remains at their home in LA and it not known if she wishes to take him back.
Her brother claimed this week that Sanders' affair with Stewart had gone on for months but Sanders father claims the couple's marriage will survive.
