MACAULAY Culkin reportedly attended Natalie Portman's wedding, just days after the National Enquirer sensationally claimed he was hooked on heroin and painkillers.
Culkin was among the 100 guests at the private ceremony in Big Sur, California.
The two former child stars, both aged 31, have been "friends for years", an insider told Us Weekly and have been snapped hanging out before by paparazzi.
Culkin is rarely seen in public these days, though he hosts occasional underground parties at a dive bar in New York's West Village.
The actor's publicist last week rubbished the Enquirer's drug addiction claims as insulting and fictitious but the tabloid has stood by its story and challenge Culkin to take a blood test to prove it wrong.
Portman and her new husband, Benjamin Millepied, became engaged soon after meeting on the set of Black Swan, a movie that coincidentally co-starred Culkin's ex, Mila Kunis.
