Danish actress Brigitte Nielsen was seen staggering around a public park in Los Angeles at the weekend drinking from a bottle of vodka.
The former alcoholic looked drunk and disorientated, and at one point she collapsed on the grass and vomited.
She was dressed in trainers and jeans, and didn't appear to be making any effort to disguise herself beyond a purple baseball cap that covering her short bleach blonde hair.
The Sun reported that after she left the park she drank mouthwash to disguise the alcohol on her breath.
Nielsen, 49, used to be married to Sylvester Stallone and starred in 80s action hits Beverly Hills Cop 2, Rocky IV and Red Sonja.
But pictures of her looking bleary eyed and staring into space show just how far those glamorous Hollywood days are behind her.
Neilsen's has along history of alcoholism but it was thought she had conquered her demons after a stay at rehab in 2007.
She is married with four children and the pictures will be of concern for her family. After her stint in rehab, she said she felt "like a new-born person. I made a choice about a new life. It?s not been easy but it was definitely time."
