THE heavenly voice of Karise Eden will grace the altars of some of Australia's most beautiful cathedrals and churches for her first national tour.
Instead of stepping into the country's biggest theatres, Eden has chosen to stage her post The Voice shows in the intimate environment of the Heavenly Sounds venues.
The unique tour circuit has featured sold out shows from Seeker Lover Keeper and Lisa Mitchell since it was created last year.

Eden, who recently returned from a London songwriting excursion, said she felt the atmosphere of a church concert suited her musical personality.
"I wanted to be close to everybody and I think churches are emotional places for anyone to go to whether you are religious or not, and I'm not,'' she said.
"Those high ceilings and the beautiful details in the stained glass windows and all the history also contribute to making them great to perform in.''
While she may be new to the business of music, Eden knows her strengths and said the Heavenly Sounds was "more appropriate'' for a young artist starting out.
"I don't see myself yelling `Yo Sydney'' at a festival and pumping up a crowd; I like to stand there, close my eyes and feel the song,'' she said.
"These are the apprtopiate venues for me while I become more confident in this career I seem to have chosen.''
She cautions fans that the song everyone would expect her to sing in such ethereal and spiritual settings, the performance that cemented her claim to The Voice title, will not be in the set.
"I know it will be a disappointment to a lot of people but I am not going to sing Hallelujah; it's too close to home and too much for me to sing in a church,'' she said.
Eden kicks off her Heavenly Sounds tour at St Stephen's Uniting Church in Macquarie St, Sydney on October 3.
